Bear Medicine

Bear Medicine the Power of Introspection, an offering to the Eagle.

Bear waving Hello
Bear Medicine says Hello. Gimmie Five!

Bear Medicine is powerful medicine, bringing healing, renewal, and rebirth. This is the gift that Grandmother Bear brings those who live with Bear Medicine.

Leonardo da Vinci Drawing
It could just as easily been a Bear in the Boat. Maybe Bears of old had horns. And that’s no Bull.

Bear Medicine is the power associated with the spirit of the bear, particularly the bears ability to heal, is known in virtually all cultures within the bear’s range. The bear is known to seek plants for its own healing. North American brown bears are known to dig up Ligusticum porteri, not surprisingly known as, “bear root”. The plant is known to have antibiotic properties, being good for stomach aches, and repelling insects. Now that’s Bear Medicine Medicine, if you know what I mean! They chew on it and then rub it on their fur. For that feel good feeling.

Bear Medicine, Medicine, Good stuff.

The Alaskan brown bears are known to chew on sedge to rid themselves of tapeworm and parasites before hibernating. The common names for other plants in the Bear Medicine medical pack reflect Bear’s usage. Like Bearberry, bear’s paw, bear tongue, bear clover, just to name a few.

Bear Medicine teaches us introspection, aiding us to digest our experiences, to discover within ourselves is the answers to all our questions. When we slow down and listen to what our intuition, our inner knowing voice tells us. We all have Bear packs of wisdom in Silent Knowledge. It becomes useful for us to go within our self at times. Able to uncover our own answers to whatever challenges we are facing, allowing us to be ourselves. However, just like Bear one needs to know when to come out of ‘hibernation’ and to interact with the world around them.

Bear awakes early
Man, I thought it was Spring. I just had this wonderful Dream!

Bear… Invite me. Entice me, into the cave.
Where Silence surrounds through winter days.
I sleep in the cave. Like it’s my grave.

To be born again on a spring day. Exploring new life with the answers you gave.

Bear Medicine.

The Bear Medicine is always a good sign and has special powers. As Bear represents wisdom, insight, introspection, protection, and healing. When you see a Bear while hiking in the woods or along the river, know that a very sacred place is nearby and the spirits of that area are checking you out. Respect the Bear, don’t intimidate it, pray and give thanks, then make a special wish.

Because of Bears size and temperament they can be dangerous. As Mother Bear will protect her cubs. If Bear comes to your house or around the camp in late fall looking for food, it is a sign that a harsh winter is coming early.

Hibernation reflects immortality, the power of healing, the ability to lead with discernment, with confidence, and the ability to draw on one’s courage. Bear will teach you that balance, harmony, centering of the mind, body, and Spirit to control of your emotions. Where we stop Feeding the Beast. As heart is in the center of our being. Using our emotions as triggers, draws ones attention to the important issues. Allowing one to feel these emotions as one takes the time to reflect with greater clarity the moment at hand. This is achieved by awakening the Heartmind of Spirit and our Spiritual instincts.

Since Bear Medicine also represents maternal love, patience, nurturing, healing, balance, harmony, cycles of death and rebirth, discernment, wisdom, strength, protection, defense, dreams, intuition, and introspection, plus the psychic powers the shaman uses to journey into other worlds. Bear Medicine is Mother Earth energy, exemplifying a gentle and often playful nurturance accompanied by a healing love. Bears haven is the womb of Mother Earth and Bear Medicine will teach one to enter into Inner Silence to face the smoking mirror of reflection. These inner reflections one sees will show one their true self (Spirit), with all its weaknesses and strengths. Learning to seek the Inner Silence, to see with clarity the inner truth of all worldly affairs, (Illusion) going into the heart of them swiftly. Learning to react and draw from ones inner courage and strength to sustain them, thus gain control of their life as they walk the path with Heart, doing this with the gentle love of Spirit.

Polar Bear Cub
Won’t you help me. I love my life.

For this reason, the gift of Bear Medicine is mastered over many lifetimes and reaches full potential when ones Spirit has reached a significant level of growth and maturity. Their Spirit will burst forth, as the Life-giving rays of the sun herald a new day, touching all with its golden brilliance, as one is born again. Then, the Grizzly Bear Medicine Spirit will remember the Ancient Knowledge and wield the Light of Eternal Energy to benefit all who dwell above, upon or within the Earth Mother as ones Spirit walks in harmony beside their Ancestors, hearing the whispered Wisdom of the Sky Nation, along the High Red Road of physical Spiritual Life.

Bears last stand
Come on People. I am running out of room here.

As the guardian of the Dream Lodge, Bear Medicine will teach one to trust, and work within, their dreams. Awaking in their Dreams. As Bear is the Keeper of Prophecy and Vision. When Bear comes, Bear speaks of deep truths that cannot be ignored.

Bear Medicine shows one how to know self and to be true to that knowing. Bear Medicine is the teacher of deep psychic abilities that lead to shamanic journeys and the projection of ones inner spirit. Bear will show the secret of going within to achieve levels of trance that lead to the sacred dimensions. These dimensions are doors to other realms. Bear will show one the ability to project their Spirit into them and walk the path of higher purpose.

Bear Medicine Introspection, the Art of looking within.

The strength of Bear Medicine is the power of introspection. It lies in the West on the great medicine wheel of life. Bear seeks honey, or the sweetness of truth, within the hollow of an old Tree of Knowledge. In the winter, when the Ice Queen reigns and the face of death is upon the Earth, Bear enters the womb/cave to hibernate, to digest the fat of the year’s experience. It is said that our goals reside in the West. To accomplish the goals and dreams that we carry, the art of introspection is necessary.

Bear Medicine Wheel of Life
The Medicine Wheel of Life. We all must face the Directions. Our Life presents the Challenge.

To become like Bear an enter the safety of the womb/cave, we must attune ourselves to the energies of the Eternal Earth Mother, and receive nourishment from the placenta of the Great Void. The Great Void is the place where all solutions and answers live in harmony with the questions that fill our realities. If we choose to believe that there are many unanswered questions to life, we must also believe that the answers to these questions live within us. Each and every being has the capacity to quiet the mind, enter the silence, and know the answers of the Great Spirit.

Many tribes have called this space of inner-knowing the place of Silent Knowledge of the Dream Lodge, where the terrifying death of the illusion of physical reality overlays on the wonder of the expansiveness of eternity. It is in the Dream Lodge that our ancestors sit in Council and advise us regarding alternative pathways that lead to our goals. This is the Power of Bear Medicine.

Bear in water barrel
Ah, that’s better. All I need is a Bear Beer. This wheel could be a little bigger.

The female receptive energy that for centuries has allowed visionaries, mystics, and shamans to prophesy is contained in this very special Bear energy. In India, the cave symbolizes the cave of Brahma. Brahma’s cave is considered to be the pineal gland that sits in the center of the four lobes of the brain. If one were to imagine an overview of the head, the top of it would be a circle. The South would be the forehead, the North the back of the skull, the West would be the right brain, and the East the left brain.

Bear is in the West, the intuitive side, the right brain. Where it is to hibernate, Bear travels to the cave, which is the center of the four lobes where the pineal gland resides. In the cave, Bear seeks answers/vision while Bear is dreaming or hibernating. Bear is then reborn in the spring, like the opening of spring flowers.

We all bear fruit. Did you like that play on words?

All seekers of the Dreamtime and of visions, have walked the path of silence, calming the internal dialogue, reaching their place of rites of passage, the Third Eye or pineal gland is the place of inner vision. From the cave of Bear, you find the pathway to the Dream Lodge and the other levels of imagination or consciousness. In choosing Bear Medicine, the power of knowing has invited you to enter the silence and become acquainted with the Dream Lodge, so that your goals may become concrete realities. This is the strength of Bear Medicine.

Third Eye
The Third eye. See into other worlds.

Contrary Bear Medicine

If you find Bear in a tree, Bear Medicine is reversed, your internal dialogue may have confused your perception of your true goals. In seeking answers or advice from others, you may have placed your own feelings and knowing aside. The time has come to regain your authority, for no one knows better than yourself what is proper and timely for your evolution. Follow your Heart. Reclaim the power of knowing. Find joy in the silence and richness of the mother’s womb. Allow the thoughts of confusion to be laid to rest as clarity emerges from the West, nurturing your dreams as the Earth Mother nourishes us all.

Bear Medicine in the contrary position is teaching that only through being our own advisor can we attain our true goals. Using our death as our advisor, one makes very act count. Anything less than the doing, that which gives one the most joy is denial. To achieve happiness one must know thyself. To know thyself is to know our body, our mind, and our Spirit. Using our strengths to overcome our weaknesses and know that both are necessary in the evolution of you. As Light and Dark need each other for their own reflection. Where they meet in the shadows of not doing.

Shadow Play
Shadow play. The Essence of Light and Darkness. They need each other.

Journey with Bear to the quietness of your cave and hibernate in silence. Dream your dreams and own them. Then in strength be ready to discover the honey waiting in the Tree of Life. Open the gateway to the Garden of your Dreams and walk on in. On four legs or two as bear can walk either way.

Bear Medicine Facts

Signs in the Heavens
It’s shaped like a cup to hold the essence of life.

The bear is a powerful symbol and image in both myth and lore. Stories about individuals that turned into bears, and bears into humans, and bears as gods. Has stirred imagination so much that even a constellation was named in honor of Bear, Yep, Ursus Major, The Great Bear. Seven stars of this constellation are probably the most easily recognized in the northern hemisphere. These seven stars form The Big Dipper, and they link to the seven great rays of light to the Divine. As they point the way to the North Star.

Big Dipper point to North Star
Here this should help you find your way back home.

The Bear has lunar symbology as well, giving it ties to the subconscious and the unconscious mind. It is an animal associated with the goddess Diana, a goddess of the moon. It is also a symbol for alchemy, the nigredo of prime matter. It relates to all initial stages and primal instincts. Creation its Self.

Like birds, the Bear is often considered among native American people’s as kin to humans because, like birds, Bear can stand and walk upon two legs. For many, the bear and the wolf are the last true symbols of the primal, natural world, and many ecologists believe. That how humans respond and protect their lands and their future, will be the most honest depiction of how serious humanity is about preservation of the environment and the natural resources within it. Humanity is at the crossroads. One path leads to destruction. The other is the path to life beyond life. Don’t be mislead by the signs of the times. As somebody as turned the signs to face the direction of Darkness. To lead those away from their destiny. Follow your Heart it knows the way back home.

Dream Traveler shared some Magic
We are Magical in our Dreams. Powerful in our Hearts. We don’t have to choose one or the other. We have them both. Find your way home. Enjoy!

The Bear is the largest of the carnivores, but will eat almost anything. It is omnivorous, eating both plants, fruits, and meat. It actually eats less meat than many smaller carnivores, such as the fox or coyote.

Contrary to popular belief, Bears do not truly hibernate. They Sleep. During the winter they live to a great degree on their stored-up fat. Their body temperature will drop around 13 degrees, and their breathing rate can be cut in half. The depth of their sleep depends greatly upon the amount of fat stored.

This reflects the Bear’s ability to teach those with this totem to go within to find the resources necessary for survival. The Bear teaches one to draw upon all of our inner stores of energy and essence which have never been tapped or accessed by their Spirit. Meditating and working with Bear Medicine will help one to go within their Spirit’s den into their inner sanctum of Heart, to find the answers their Reason seeks. As Reason has no answers, it only has questions.

Turkey Bear
What the heck? Does that Bear have feathers?

During the winter sleep the Black Bear’s kidneys shut down completely, and scientists are studying this activity, hoping it will offer clues to more successful kidney transplants. Physicians would love to find a way to duplicate this in humans so diseased kidneys would have time to heal. This is part of what Bear Medicine is about. But science must first study Spirit to find the answers.

The kidneys serve a vital function in the body, excreting urine, and filtering the blood plasma. Metaphysically, the kidneys are symbols of discernment and discrimination. If Bear Medicine has shown up in your life, ask yourself these important questions. Is your judgement off? How about those around you? Are you not recognizing what is beneficial to your life? Are you not seeing the core of goodness deep within all situations? Are you being too critical of yourself or others? Are you wearing rose-colored glasses? Am I living only in Reason and without Heart? Am I following my path with Heart?

Lazy Bears
Sweet Heart, that was a Great meal. How did you cook that Seal? Burrrrrp! Where’s the remote?

Bear Medicine can teach you to go deep within so that you can make choices and decisions from a place of power. Using Heart over mind. Thus putting them in the Divine order. As we only have decisions in the face of our death. As we recapitulate our life in the womb of Mother Earth we can offer this reflection up to the Eagle as food. As it eats our offering we can dart pass the Eagle to be free. This is the swiftness of Bear Medicine.

All bears are astonishingly swift. The Black Bear and grizzly can reach running speeds of 35-40mph for short distances. All bears, including the polar Bears, can climb. Only the size of the tree will discourage the climbing. Bears are often associated with trees. Nature programs love to photograph Bear cubs high up in trees or even adults scratching themselves against them. There are even “Bear trees,” trees marked with claws as signposts along the well-worn and traveled path of a particular Bear. This is how one knows the way back home. As Bear Medicine has marked the way. This is the Wisdom of Bear Medicine.

Bear markings
Look for the Signs. They are everywhere. If one knows what to look for.

I Love trees. I use them a lot in my writings as signs. The tree is a powerful and ancient symbol, just like the Bear. It is a natural antenna, linking the Heavens and the Earth. Different trees do have different meanings, but in general, it represents knowledge. It is a symbol of fertility, of things that grow. As man and trees are closely a lined. We both feed each other though our breath. Using our breath is how we recapitulate. This Introspection is the insight of Bear Medicine. And through it we find freedom.

Bear Sign, Bear Medicine
Can you read it? It says, this way home. Bear Medicine marks the way!

Bear Medicine teaches one to go in and awaken the potentials inherent, the tree serves as a reminder that we must bring what we awaken out into the world and apply it, have it grow in the light. Using Bear Medicine to make our marks on life. As everyone with Bear Medicine should keep their inner cub alive and occasionally climb trees, if only to get a clear perspective. As one enters into the trees aura the tree will talk to you and secrets will be reveled.

For those with Bear Medicine as a totem, it is important to remember, not to hide away and try to hibernate all year-round. You must come out of the den. This is reflected in the birthing process of Bears. Female Bears give birth during their heavy sleep, semi-hibernation stages.

Usually two cubs are born, sometimes three. They are born helpless and semi-conscious. The cubs nurse in the safety and warmth of the den throughout the winter. As spring approaches, the mother Bear and her cubs will emerge. The cubs have become strong enough to follow their mother. This is tremendously significant for those working with Bear Medicine. As it reflects a need to go deep within oneself, to have periods in our life when we can be more reclusive. Then emerge in full strength.

Bear Directions
I think the path is that way. No I smell it that way. Guys I feel it’s that way. How do we get down from here?

During these times, we go within and give birth to two or three new ideas or projects. They can be nursed through the winter, and then as spring approaches, emerge with our babies to help them grow.

The Bear is so highly revered as a totem animal that many Medicine priests have adopted “Bear” as a part of their name. I am known as Barenaked. LOL You can call me that, but I won’t come running. Running Bear, I wonder if he was cold?

According to some tribes, the Spirit of the Bear never dies, and thus has become synonymous with supernatural powers and the ability to heal. Among nearly all shamans, the bear is reverently addressed as “Grandfather.” The Bear was a totemic symbol for St. Gall and St. Seraphim. In the Native American zodiac, those born from August 22 to September 22 are in the Medicine Wheel sign of the Bear. Bear people are said to be slow, cautious, and quiet. To have the Bear as your totem animal is to be aware that you are being guided to assume a role of leadership. Your Spiritual guardian will also encourage you to exercise your abilities as a natural healer. You may be placed in a position in which to defend your beliefs in a firm and fearless manner, but your Bear totem will give you the insight and powers of discrimination/discernment, and the strength to present the truths of your life-path with confidence and courage. Follow your Bear totem guide, and you will be led to greater balance in body, mind and Spirit.

Running Bear
Hey wait for me. Bear Medicine on the move.

The essence of Bear teaches us how to dream what is desired into our physical reality reflection. Of all the species, Humans probably spend more time acting and doing than listening and being, often much to our detriment. We do not shape shift our reality through constant thought, or inappropriate actions but through the focused emotions of the Heart, the reason of the mind, and the power of Spirit. The Spirit or Higher Self speaks to us through our emotions, when we feel good and uplifted we know we are on the right path, taking the right actions because our Spirit is sending us the emotions that this feels good. The Spirit always seeks Pleasure, Love and Joy, never strife, pain or struggle. When we feel ill at ease, in pain or stuck down. Be aware our Spirit is saying, “There is a better way”. Slow our breath, use introspection, and slow our activity down long enough to hear what your Spirit saying. Bear Medicine can teach us how to do this if we explore Bear’s own cycles of being.

This is the powerful energy of the womb/cave, going deep within Mother Earth to renew and heal the self or to send healing to another. Bear Medicine is a powerful ally who offers protection and guidance during stressful situations, to resolve long-standing problems, in which one may feel locked in and can’t find their way out. Bear Medicine teaches us how to be silent and still so that we may receive higher guidance and inspiration. Bear Medicine also teaches us how to meet all of our needs from within so we never have to go without. Through Bear, we learn to use the guidance of Shamans who have walked this path before us and have many gifts to share if we will only receive them.

Bear Fishing for Salmon
Here this is for you. Bear Medicine is a sharing of Love. That’s why there are Teddy Bears.

In Bear Medicine, one may also find that they too need to set aside resources to tide them over during the slow cycles of their lives. These resources can be money, food, even time. Bear Medicine can teach us how to use our time more wisely, even how to store it. As we only live in this moment. Cut back on those things that keep us busy, and are not truly productive. If you find you are constantly rushing about and always doing, yet your hopes, dreams and goals never seem to materialize, then it’s time to tune into Bear Medicine and ask for counsel about how to make better use of the time you have. Bears are very focused on doing what they know they need to be doing during the spring, summer and autumn times. As they know winter is coming.

Those who constantly defer the time and energy needed to put into their own needs, goals and dreams in favour of constantly helping others will soon find their energy depleted. I refer to it as drinking from an empty well. As we forget to pray for rain to replenish the well. Seek Frog Medicine in this case.

Sleeping Bear
Don’t just be a bump on a log. Use Bear Medicine in your Dreams. Become Bear

When we don’t follow our own dreams, when we are constantly setting aside the things that bring us happiness, a sense of fulfillment because others always seem to be needing our help, time and attention, we are literally starving ourselves of life energy that our Spirit needs. We are cutting ourselves off from the life force that keeps us alive because we are no longer living for ourselves as we were meant to. Become Hummingbird. Instead of allowing someone else or something else to drain off our life force for their own needs and purposes. We each came to this earth with many wonderful and valuable gifts to share. Each of us has a contribution that only we can make. There will never be another you in this universe. It is in the finding of you, and making that contribution to the world. That allows the life force of the Universe to flow through us freely.

Bear Medicine Won't rub you the wrong way
Ah that feels good. Oh a little to the left. That’s it.

Bear Medicine People know this instinctively. Stand on your own two feet and scratch your back on the Tree of Life. The honey of life awaits Bear Medicine People.

The Great Deception?

Growing Up in, The Great Deception.

The Great Deception
The Great Deception

Before we even go into The Great Deception. I wish to make this crystal clear that this is my questioning. This is my introspection. If this helps one to relate to their own introspection reflection that’s fine. I Am writing it down so that it becomes crystal clear to myself. I have implied here that another should do, but to question everything at this moment.

The Great Deception

I live in a Great Deception. It’s called the illusion, the matrix, my reality. The use of deceit is being used to keep me from my knowing. Knowing what? I would like to say the truth, but I Am convinced that nobody on this earth, knows the truth. We have all been deceived. Even the deceivers have been deceived. The Great Deception is just that, Deception. Deception is the act of misleading another through intentionally false statements or fraudulent actions.

If I take a look at my first years of life. I get an idea of the extent of this Great Deception I am facing. From the beginning of life, I have been told misleading information whether intentionally or not. Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Free will, and I can be anything I want to be, are the start of my Great Deception.

From the day I was born I have been deceived. One might say this is all harmless fun, and now that I AM grown I should know better. The fact remains that this was/is deception. Little white lies to keep one from knowing their reality. Believing in and living in some make-believe reality. So we grow up and learn a description of the world that is The Great Deception. As I grow and learn, I come to find out the first description I grew up with was not reality at all. I AM but a drop in a sea of consciousness. Barely aware of myself.

The Great Deception There is no cause and effect

The Great Deception Cause and Effects

When I discovered these deceptions. It crushed everything, I thought I was.  My first belief in my first description wasn’t real. From that moment I started to question everything I have been told and at that moment I became trapped by the illusion of truth, without any hope of ever discovering my truth. If there is such a thing. I ask this question now. Is there a truth?

I was told there is truth. All one has to do is seek the truth, and one will find it. Why is the truth hidden? Why aren’t we taught the truth from birth? Who’s truth is it? Has one ever attempt to discover it?  Yes, of course. I have!  In my attempt to discover the truth I turned to religion. I was told that in seeking GOD, I will find the truth. Religion is were GOD is. I forget how fast I was deceived before. I found myself in more deception, more white lies to make me feel better about not knowing the truth. In questioning this description. I was told to have faith. What is faith?

Definition of FAITH
1 a: allegiance to duty or a person : loyalty
b: fidelity to one’s promises (2): sincerity of intentions
2 a: belief and trust in and loyalty to God (2): belief in the traditional doctrines of a religion
b: firm belief in something for which there is no proof (2): complete trust
3 : something that is believed especially with strong conviction; especially: a system of religious beliefs.
— on faith
: without question <took everything he said on faith>

I had faith, Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, and Tooth Fairy were real. Now I see the faith I had wasn’t real faith at all. I was believing in a lie. Grow-up they said, those things aren’t real. GOD in religion is real. I have to have faith that faith is the key for finding GOD. And through this faith I will find the truth. It’s one duty to have faith. To have loyalty, a belief , a trust in something for which there is no proof. Complete trust. I remember the last time I did this and what happened to Santa Claus?

Now I’m told to believe in another fairy tale. Oh, but this one is real because the bible is GODS word. How can faith in something, anything, be trusted in The Great Deception?

The belief that I need somebody else to save me, isn’t that just another of The Great Deceptions? It made me dependent on somebody else. Somebody I have never met in person. Oh, there are stories and pictures of this person but I was never able to go up and shaken their hand or given them a big hug or kiss? All one needs is faith to do that.

The Great Deception
The Great Deception

Finding Faith in The Great Deception

Being Saved, is the Great Deception. Some religions believe their lord and master is going to come and save them in the last-minute. Oh, Really? Remember The Easter Bunny? Now why would someone or something do that. Oh, because this something or someone loves me. Then why let somebody suffer right up to the last-minute in their faith and then jump in and save them. To what purpose would that serve. The testing of faith? I have discover from past experience that faith lies. Faith can not be trusted. Just from the definition of faith. It’s Blind Faith. If faith is blind than I have just lost a sense of myself in faith. Faith has again taken something from me which I had before. Before I this faith. I could at the very least look at something and see it. Now I can’t see anything in faith.

I must have faith to be saved. Or so I AM told. While I Am waiting on my lord to tell me what to do and come down and save me. I ask myself. What am I doing to save myself? The Great Deception. Of course if I could save myself why would I wait until the last-minute to do so? Then again why wait for somebody else? It seems to me that as soon,… meaning the minute I could save myself I would. Why hang around in such a god forsaken place as this Great Deception to find the truth. Hoping for somebody else to show up and save me. When I have the power to save myself.

So if it is possible to save oneself, why aren’t more people doing it? Being saved that is! Being Saved is the Great Deception, that’s right, I’m waiting for somebody else to do it for me. I Am just either to lazy to weak, or to ignorant to do it for myself. Maybe, I don’t know how. I wanted and needed somebody else to do for me, what I failed to do for myself. Truth is I might be waiting for a long time. That person may never come.

The Great Deception
The Great Deception Having faith in a lie doesn’t make it truth.

Really the point here is not whether GOD exists. The point here is, what am I doing to save myself from this Great Deception? If it’s nothing. Then I deserve my fate. I’ll sit in my easy chair and take it as it comes. Hopefully my faith in my GOD will save me in time, at the last moment, because I deserve to be saved. After all I had faith in him because I was told too. Because it’s just to hard to do the right thing and attempt to save myself. It could be that I don’t need saving. I Am saved already.

This Doowan now sees things a little different from sitting in my easy chair and waiting to be saved. By God, by Jesus, By Alla, by Aliens, By our government, by anybody else, for that matter, but myself. I have to take action. I have to make the decision, I have to do something. To solve the Great Deception I AM faced with. What? Let somebody else decide for me whether I live or die. Where’s the I Am in letting someone else decide my fate. But again that’s just my experience in this introspection.

Expecting/believing having faith that some other being will come to save me when I can’t save myself is a belief that really needs changing or at the very least proving that this being I am to have faith in exist. So I tempt GOD to find GOD. I jump into the river of faith and I experience. The torrents of currents pushing me down the river. Mashing me up against rocks and pulling me under to drowned. OMG won’t somebody save me?

Understood when one is being flushed down a raging river after jumping in, that jumping in was not the wisest thing to do. Now a helping hand would be nice. There’s still no guaranty that somebody will stick out their hand to help me. So I had better make an attempt to swim towards the shore. There aren’t going to be many people out in the middle of the river willing to lend me a hand. We are all suffering the same fate. I realize I need to help myself and swim towards shore. That way somebody on shore can extend their hand and reach for me. Simply because I made the attempt to get closer to shore where help would be positioned. Which in turn may just save my life. I might be able to make it to shore and pull myself out of this river called faith. There are people willing and able to help pull me out of this raging river. But I Am going to have to swim closer to shore before that happens. Will they be my GOD or a kind Samaritan that just happened to fishing near by?

The Great Deception

The Great Deception of the river of faith.

This leads me back to faith and the Great Deception. Do I have faith in somebody else or faith in myself. If having faith in myself is a deception because I have not power to control my destiny.  And having faith in somebody else is true faith. Prove it. Show me the somebody else that’s going to save me. I don’t what to be told about this person or read about this person. I want to talk with this person feel this person. See this person. Grow in love with this person. This way faith is not necessary thus, it won’t blind me. I’ll know this person. In this Great Deception I was born into. I will test this person, as I have been lie to in the past. Is that too much to ask? Is that too much to expect? Is this experience, not an experience, that can be experienced. Because one needs faith.

If I choose to have faith in myself. Do I need to have faith in myself to discover myself? Won’t faith just blind me to who I really am? Shouldn’t I know myself? Shouldn’t I believe that I will do the right thing for myself? The experience of myself is something that is very real at least for me in this moment. What else do I know but myself. If GOD is anywhere, it must be within myself. For in this moment everything outside of myself is of the Great Deception. In getting to know myself, will I not find God? For how can my GOD live in The Great Deception? Hence, My GOD has me to separate us from the Great Deception outside. My GOD and I become one. Separate from the Great Deception called the illusion, the Matrix, Reality outside. Finding GODS Kingdom within.

In this moment for me. I come to a point at which I must make a decision. To believe in somebody else in the Great Deception or to believe in myself in the Great Deception.

Deception
The Great Deception Myself or Somebody else.

So I start swimming closer to shore and see Doowans News&Events they have their hand extended. Coming just a little closer, a little closer, a little closer, We Connect!

I hear, hold tight and don’t let go! Let’s get you out of this mess and dry you off! Your all wet. Hungry? We can cook up some fish.
